Answer the following questions: (a) Who is a farmer? (b) When does he start his daily works? (c) How does he lead his life? (d) How can he enjoy his life? (e) What is his contribution to the nation?

উত্তর দেখো
A farmer is a person who cultivates land and produces crops. He is one of the most important persons in our society because he provides us with food. A farmer usually starts his daily work early in the morning. He goes to the field with his plow and bullocks before sunrise. He works hard all day long in the field, sometimes in the sun and sometimes in the rain. He leads a very simple and hard life. Most farmers in our country are poor and cannot afford to buy proper food, clothing, or education for their children. Despite working hard, they often struggle to make ends meet. A farmer can enjoy his life if he gets proper facilities like irrigation, good seeds, fertilizers, and fair prices for his crops. The contribution of a farmer to the nation is immense. He grows crops that feed the whole nation. Without farmers, the economy of our country would collapse, as agriculture is the backbone of our economy. So, we should respect farmers and ensure they get the facilities they deserve.

Subject: How to adjust in new place and food

Dear Rony,

I hope you are doing well in England. I can understand that adjusting to a new place and food in a foreign country can be challenging, especially in the beginning. Here are some tips that might help you.

First, about the food - English food is quite different from Bangladeshi food. In the beginning, you may not like the taste, but try to be open-minded and give it a chance. You can also look for Bangladeshi or Asian grocery stores in your area where you can buy spices and ingredients to cook Bangladeshi food. Learning to cook a few simple dishes will help you a lot.

About the place - try to explore your new surroundings and make new friends. Join clubs or student organizations at your university. This will help you feel less lonely and adjust faster. Don't hesitate to ask for help from your teachers or classmates when needed.

Remember, it takes time to adjust to a new environment. Be patient and positive. I am sure you will soon feel at home in England. Take care and keep in touch.

Your loving friend,

Tareq: I'm fine. But I'm very worried about the dengue outbreak across the country.
Myself: You're right. Dengue fever has become a serious threat to public health.
Tareq: Do you know what causes dengue?

Myself: The main symptoms are high fever, severe headache, pain behind the eyes, joint and muscle pain, and rash.

Tareq: How can we prevent dengue?
Myself: We should keep our surroundings clean and remove stagnant water. We should also use mosquito nets and spray insecticides.
Tareq: What is our responsibility?
Myself: We should not let water accumulate in pots, tyres, or containers. We should clean our houses regularly and raise awareness among our neighbors.
Tareq: I agree. If we all work together, we can prevent dengue.
Myself: Exactly. Thank you for the important discussion.
